Sun 9 August - 2.20pm - Anna is home and safe. She's brilliant. Still smiling and giggling in true Anna style. Thank you for all your support. x

Sun 9 August - 1.34pm - After an epic 20 hours she's almost done it! Will next update when she's on dry land. Her crew have been amazing and all your texts have been forwarded to Anna and they have really helped. x

Sun 9 August - 10.51am - Hi guys, Anna update. She is doing well. She is in good spirits and looking forward to a bacon sandwich. Hopefully she'll be finished soon. x

Sun 9 August - 7.18am - Good morning everyone. Anna Update. At 3am this morning she had successfully completed one length of Windermere. The current ETA for her to be back in is 11.30am and we've got champagne and bacon butties at the ready. Unfortunately there was some rain over night, but it looks like it's going to be a lovely day today. Been sending on all your messages throughout the night and they have kept Anna going. Thank you.

Sat 8 August - 10.26pm - Hay everyone, Anna is four hours in now and doing well. Thank you for all your supportive texts. x

Sat 8 August - 3.00pm - Arrived Ambleside in the tour bus with Mich, GI, Laura, Jodie, Jakey, Max and Barbara after being well fed, watered and rested by lovely Will and Kath near Carlisle. Time for a quick rowing practice before a crew briefing at 5.30pm and swimmer briefing at 6.15pm for a 6.30 pm start. Here we go. Let the adventure begin...
